I'm Elsbeth — with 20 years of experience in HR, employee development and management, Talent Acquisition, and change management.
From that foundation, my interest naturally evolved into a broader question: What truly helps people stay balanced, resilient, and energized?
After years of practicing Hatha Yoga and various breathing techniques, I’ve been working since 2024 as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, specializing in energy management — an addition that allows me to support people from multiple angles in their personal balance and development.
At the core of this work is a well-regulated nervous system. It forms the foundation for clear thinking, physical health, and emotional stability. By learning to manage your energy consciously, you strengthen your resilience and become better equipped to deal with stress.
This program is built on a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga practices — with movement and breath at the center — and modern scientific insights. I also emphasize the importance of nutrition and sleep as essential pillars for a healthy nervous system. Together, these elements form a powerful method to reset the nervous system and build real, lasting energy.
