You will receive your own 40DAYS platform with your daily exercises. Every 10 days, during the check-in, we discuss what the best next step is for you. You will also find recipes here that support a healthy diet which promotes a balanced nervous system.
You start your first 10DAYS with breathing exercises that take between 10 to 20 minutes. These exercises are done in the morning.
Every 10 days, we determine which exercises are helpful for you, so you can build a routine that works for you.
In addition to videos, the platform also includes recordings that explain exactly how the exercise works and guide you through it.
In total, the program includes 5 live or online sessions.
The first session is an intake interview in which your needs are discussed and the program is explained again. This session also pays attention to new routines.
Subsequently, a session takes place every 10 days.
